controllable heating fresh air coffee supplies
the room had controllable heating. i could open the window for fresh air. there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies available to me.
the hotel charges a five pound fee for parking.

convenient motorway stop
friendly receptionist warm room comfortable rooms
the receptionist was friendly. rooms were clean warm and comfortable. it was very handy to get back onto the motorway to continue my journey. this was a bonus this time of year
i noticed the room lacked usb sockets. i borrowed a mains charger from reception but it did not work. it was not ideal as i was going to the airport following morning and had to go approximately 3 miles in the wrong direction.

the staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. my room was clean and tidy upon arrival. i found having a shop attached to the hotel very convenient. the location suited my travel needs well.
the noise from nearby traffic was noticeable, but i was still able to rest.

a balanced stay
easy access motorway warm service good pizza awful smell room damp mop missing toilet roll
i stayed for work recently. the location provides easy access to the motorway. i received warm service from kathleen. she even made a good pizza.
there was an awful smell in the room! it smelled like a stale damp mop. the receptionist didn't comment when i told them. i had to ask for toilet roll because there wasn't any.
